Philip Lewis, Director
Mr. Lewis is a Director for Fulcrum Equity Partners, Inc. and joined Fulcrum in November 2007 as an Analyst. His responsibilities have included updating and maintaining the deal log (which includes reading and analyzing all new investment opportunities), building financial models for investment analysis, performing in-depth due diligence on opportunities that meet the Fund's criteria, as well as many other integral tasks in the deal making process. In November 2009, Mr. Lewis was promoted to Associate, and his role has expanded to include maintaining proprietary deal flow, becoming more involved in the deal making process, and increasing communication with portfolio companies concerning market issues and trends.

Prior to joining the Fulcrum team, Mr. Lewis was employed as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Financial Institutions & Real Estate Group for A.G. Edwards & Sons in St. Louis. Mr. Lewis received a B.S. in Business Administration with concentrations in Finance and Accounting and a minor in Spanish from Washington University in St. Louis. While in college, he interned at the Michelson Organization, a Real Estate Private Equity Fund that manages nearly $1 billion in assets.
