IPG is a specialty device provider of high cost implantable medical devices to hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and physician offices. The Company is positioned to provide medical device benefit management solutions to medical providers, manufacturers and commercial insurance plans. The Company focuses on high cost medical implant markets that are large and growing fast such as cardiology, neurology and orthopedic implant markets.

IPG was sold to Sequoia Capital in February, 2010.

Regency Healthcare Group LLC ("RHG")
RHG provides palliative versus curative care for terminally ill patients and seeks to maximize the quality of life of terminally ill patients with care that is delivered primarily in the patient's home by a team of medical and religious personnel, social and domestic workers, and a patient care manager. RHG focuses on symptom and pain management rather than curative care, as well as meeting the final social, emotional and spiritual needs of patients and their families. SunCrest is a Nashville, TN based provider of home health and related services in Tennessee, North Texas and Eastern Florida. The Company was founded in 2005 to develop and acquire Medicare-certified home health and private duty agencies throughout the Southeast and has grown through acquisition and organically. Additionally, the Company has secured a Certificate of Need to expand its operations in Georgia.
