and related services in Tennessee, North Texas and Eastern Florida.
The Company was founded in 2005 to develop and acquire Medicare-certified
home health and private duty agencies throughout the Southeast and
has grown through acquisition and organically. Additionally, the
Company has secured a Certificate of Need to expand its operations
in Georgia.
SunCrest was sold to Omni Home Care in May, 2011
