About Fulcrum Ventures

Fulcrum Ventures is an Atlanta-based private equity firm focused on providing expansion capital to rapidly growing companies. The three founding partners have significant operating experience in senior leadership positions of successful, rapidly growing companies, and collectively have over sixty years of related industry expertise and have participated in over 300 transactions. The firm provides equity investments of up to $5 million for a wide variety of industries with a special emphasis on healthcare; information technology, business services and technology enabled operating companies. Fulcrum provides financing to meet a wide range of needs, including internal growth initiatives, acquisitions, management buy-outs, and recapitalizations. The characteristics that define our firm are the following:

• We will maintain our focus on providing capital to rapidly growing companies. We believe a significant gap exists in the financial markets for smaller growth companies (companies with $2 to $25 million in revenue that are profitable or nearing profitability) seeking capital ranging from $1 to $5 million.

• Our partnership is comprised of seasoned operating and financial professionals with a significant emphasis on building and growing successful companies.

• We will be active participants with our portfolio companies. Our strong skill sets in operations, investment banking, business development, accounting and law enable us to work with our companies to add shareholder value.

• We believe that building strong, long term relationships is critical to business success and we have an extensive network to support our portfolio companies. Our limited partners are primarily current and former business owners/CEO’s of leading companies in a wide variety of industries that provides a rich resource for our firm.
